SHIPPING/CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/REFUNDS
Domestic Shipping: Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hrs (excluding non-working day) unless mentioned on the website regarding any delay in dispatch. Orders are shipped via 3rd party courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees. For prepaid orders, shipping is free and for COD orders its Rs.50. We provide COD facility only for orders upto Rs.2000
International shipping: Orders are usually dispatched with 2 working days. Normal in-transit time is 10-20 days, but it rare cases it may take longer as sometimes customs clearance takes longer time than usual. Orders are delivered within 30 days in those delayed cases also.
.COD: COD is available for orders upto Rs.2000 with an extra charge of Rs.50. COD not available for Healing sessions, Readings,Chakra scanning etc.
Cancellation: You can not cancel the order once its dispatched. For order cancellation before dispatch send an email at info@thehealingcafe.in
If any person found placing multiple orders using different email ids to avail any discounts/offers, in that case the order may get cancelled and refund(if order is prepaid) will be processed.
Returns: Before dispatching the product we do a quality check of the product, so in no case you will receive any faulty product. We request you to contact us via email or whatsapp if you have any questions about the product before placing the order. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return/replace an item. In that case, send an email at info@thehealingcafe.in within 48 hours after the order is delivered, providing the reason to return the product. In case there is no return courier service available at your pincode, you yourself has to send us back the order. A maximum of Rs.80 can be provided by us to reimburse the courier charges. Refund will be provided after we receive the item back.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
- Once we receive the return from you, we will initiate the refund after deducting forward and return shipping charges.
- We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you., & no refund will be processed in that case.
- In case your order is eligible for full refund, but if the payment mode of that order was COD, then Rs.50 extra paid for COD will not be refunded.
- For International Orders: No return, no refund. In case of lost shipment, compensation will be decided by the courier company only. (till now, no shipment is lost)
Undelivered Orders: If a COD order gets undelivered due to wrong address/phone number, customer unavailable or customer refuse to accept the order,then COD facility will not be provided to that customer in future orders & all the COD orders will be cancelled for that customers. If customer wants to enable COD on their account again, they can send us a email at info@thehealingcafe.in regarding the same and an amount will be told to be via UPI or payment link (approx value of forward and return shipping charges incurred in that undelivered order). That amount is non-refundable and COD will be again disabled whenever a COD order gets undelivered.
If a prepaid order gets undelivered due to wrong address/ pin code/ mobile number or customer refused to accept or cancelled the order, then refund will be initiated after deducting the forward & return shipping charges.
Damaged orders: To report damaged items received, unboxing video is necessary to prove that damaged in caused during transit. Report the same at info@thehealingcafe.in within 30 hrs of order delivery.
Lost orders: If shipment is marked lost my the courier company, we will dispatch the order again or provide refund if the items are not in stock. If the shipment is marked delivered by the courier company, but customer didn't received the order, proof of delivery request will be sent to courier company and if they provide it and keep it marked Delivered, no refund will be provided in that case.
Order delivery delay: Usually 95% of the shipments are delivered on time, but sometimes due to operational issue of the courier, delivery gets delayed. Althought we try our best to get it deliver at the earliest by forwarding the concern to our shipping service provider, but we have no control over the operations of any courier company. In such cases customer has to wait only to get any update on the tracking or delivery. Either shipment gets delivered or its marked as lost or its sent back to us (RTO). In case of lost or RTO, we will provide refund, but customer has to wait till lost or RTO is marked in the tracking update. Without any such confirmation from courier, we can not provide the refund. In case of lost shipment, courier company may take upto 60 days to investigate and provide confirmation.
